Job summary

Invenio Global seeks a London-based Associate for its International Private Client team. This role targets a lawyer with 3+ PQE and substantial cross-border private client experience to manage international matters for high-net-worth individuals.

You will advise on complex cross-border issues, develop client relationships, and work with Partners on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in private client.
• Experience handling international/cross-border private client matters.
• Experience managing own files and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of international private client matters.
• Advise high-net-worth individuals and families on cross-border issues.
• Develop strong, long-term client relationships across jurisdictions.
• Work closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex matters.
• Build relationships with intermediaries and professional contacts.
• Contribute to business development and growth of the practice.
• Develop own niche or area of sector expertise.
• Supervise, delegate to and support junior team members.
