Job summary

Mercer is seeking a talented investment professional to join the Fixed Income Portfolio Management Team in London or Cork, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-office presence at least three days per week.

You will support discretionary portfolios for International Region clients, contribute to manager research, portfolio construction, performance analysis, and oversight, collaborating with Mercer's Manager Research team to deliver strong client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support discretionary fixed income portfolios for International Region clients.
• Assist with portfolio construction, manager research, and oversight.
• Help design and implement new investment strategies.
• Analyze performance, risk metrics, and manager results.
• Document portfolio and risk management processes.
• Support integration of AI-enabled tools for analytics.
• Prepare investment materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Manager Research, Investment, and Operations teams.
