Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a sales or customer service environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Power Pricing tools, and SAP/ARMA is desirable.
• A proactive, organised, and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and generate quotes using Power Pricing tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Liaise with Production and Transport teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track open quotes and follow up with customers.
• Work closely with Accessory Sales, Contracts, and Pricing teams.
