This is a dedicated internal medicine position, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in one discipline and take ownership of your development within it.

You’ll work with a diverse and medically complex caseload, including:

  • Endocrine disorders
  • Gastrointestinal disease
  • Respiratory conditions
  • Renal and urinary cases
  • Infectious diseases
  • Complex chronic case management
  • Oncology-related conditions

This role is ideal for an RVN who enjoys inpatient care, case continuity, and being closely involved in patient progress and outcomes.

Training & Support

You’ll be supported from day one with a clear and structured onboarding process designed to build your confidence within internal medicine:

  • Structured induction plan
  • Shadowing within the internal medicine team
  • Early one-to-one check‑ins with clinical support
  • Gradual progression into full responsibilities

You’ll be working alongside nurses with a range of experience levels, creating a balanced and supportive learning environment.

About You

We’re looking for an RVN who is motivated to grow within internal medicine and take an active role in their development.

At least 1 year post‑qualification experience
Strong interest in internal medicine and inpatient care
