We don’t just sell products. We inspire reading, learning, creativity and play.
You sell the paint that turns someone into an artist. You provide the book that unleashes an inner author. You supply the games that help bring families together. You give someone the puzzle book that reconnects someone with a late family member’s memory.
You never know who someone will become. So with your passion, and our products, you will help ignite the spark in helping people unleash their creativity, find new passions, hobbies, or rekindle fond memories.
The unseen possibilities are limitless, and it all starts with you.
As our Internal Communications Partner, you'll help connect every colleague to our purpose, strategy and the difference they make. Working with leaders and teams across the business, you'll turn priorities, projects and change into clear, compelling stories that help colleagues understand what's happening, why it matters and what it means for them.
Combining business understanding with communications expertise, you'll lead the planning and preparation of our communications calendar, bringing priorities, campaigns, events and key moments into one joined-up forward plan.
This role is about more than creating content. It's about getting underneath each brief, finding the story, shaping the approach and providing confident communications advice to stakeholders across the business.
Through thoughtful planning, audience-led storytelling and exceptional attention to detail, you'll create polished communications that help colleagues understand, connect and contribute.
