Scottish Rugby is seeking a hands-on Internal Communications Lead to keep its people informed, engaged and connected. You will partner with every department to bring the organisation's strategy to life and act as a trusted adviser to senior leaders, while crafting stories that make the strategy real for everyone.

You will own the internal channels, create engaging content for a hybrid workforce, and support leaders and boards with regular updates.

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience developing internal communications strategies that drive engagement.
• Up-to-date knowledge of trends and best practice in colleague communication.
• A natural storyteller who can craft content for different channels and audiences, with practical digital communications knowledge.
• Confident with senior colleagues, with strong stakeholder management, emotional intelligence and discretion.
• Proven planning and project management skills, and calm under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the internal communications strategy, developing and delivering the plan with the People and Engagement team.
• Create engaging written and video content and plan regular events that bring a hybrid workforce together.
• Own the internal channels, including the content calendar, the intranet and the Internal Comms inbox.
• Advise leaders on the best ways to share updates with their teams.
• Support the Leadership Team and Boards to communicate regularly with all employees.
