Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organisation skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support development and delivery of the Witney internal communications strategy.
• Create engaging materials (newsletters, videos, digital content, displays).
• Share site success stories across Abbott Diabetes Care and global platforms.
• Develop communication plans with project teams for new initiatives and policies.
• Support employee engagement and onboarding activities.
• Maintain SharePoint resources and information management tools.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to show impact of communications.
