Job summary

Bloomberg's Internal Audit team protects value and enables growth for a fast-paced technology company. You will support the audit lifecycle, develop programs for evolving risks, and partner with global teams to drive governance and risk improvements.

The role uses a co-sourcing model with Big 4 resources and involves collaborating with senior management to implement timely remediation and practical control enhancements.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of post-qualification internal audit experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of internal controls frameworks (COSO, ISO, NIST, etc.).
• Demonstrated professional judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute audits using traditional and data-driven techniques to identify risks and improvements.
• Provide recommendations on design and effectiveness of controls at high-risk areas.
• Contribute to data-driven audit reports, highlighting findings and root causes.
