Job summary

Planet is seeking a hands-on Internal Audit Manager to lead a move to a co-sourced internal audit model and build a team to meet future needs. You will design and execute an Internal Control Framework, manage co-source partners, and ensure compliance with UK/EU payments regulations such as PSD2 across Europe and North America.

The role requires strong collaboration across global teams and ability to deliver high-quality audit work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing internal control frameworks.
• Familiarity with ITGC controls and PSD2/regulatory payments standards in EU/UK.
• Experience coordinating co-source internal audit partnerships.
• Strong communication with senior management and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement an Internal Control Framework across the business.
• Plan, execute and deliver audit assignments; draft issues and track resolutions.
• Manage co-source partnerships to deliver the audit plan.
• Evaluate compliance with laws, regulations and enterprise standards in Europe and North America.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting internal audit.
• Maintain quality control throughout audit engagements and projects.
• Communicate audit results to senior management and stakeholders clearly.
• Lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with attention to documentation.
