Job summary

LevelUP HCS is seeking an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join a leading investment bank on a 3-month contract, supporting audit of UK financing activities. The role requires hands-on delivery and strong risk-based assessment across operations, back-office and financing processes.

You will lead audits from planning through reporting, engage with senior stakeholders and contribute to risk management and process improvements within tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Significant internal audit experience in banking/financial services.
• Experience auditing operations, back-office and financing activities.
• Professional qualifications such as CIA, CAMS, ACA or ACCA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Verify the effectiveness of bank controls and assess coverage.
• Conduct risk-based assessments of financing activities.
• Lead audits and deliver findings, reports and recommendations.
• Plan and coordinate audit assignments and lead activities.
• Interact with senior stakeholders to discuss findings and remediation actions.
• Support continuous improvement of audit processes.
