Job summary

Astrum Search is partnering with a leading UK company to recruit an experienced Internal Audit professional. The role offers a base salary between £80,000 and £90,000, plus a car allowance and performance bonus.

The ideal candidate will be mentored by the IA team leader and be groomed for succession within the organisation. The role involves delivering end-to-end audits across a broad scope, using data analytics and AI to support risk-based, operational audits.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal audits, either in-house or professional services.
• Experience auditing change or transformations.
• Professional accounting certifications (ACA/ACCA/CIA) preferred.
• Experience in non‑financial services sectors is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑to‑end audits across a broad scope.
• Contribute ideas to the IA team and improve audit plans.
• Work with data analytics and AI to support auditing activities.
