Responsibilities

• Design electrical services for LV Systems, Lighting and Lighting Control, Life Safety, Security, Audio-Visual, and Lightning Protection systems.
• Develop concept, feasibility, and detailed design proposals, including reports, specifications, drawings, and calculations.
• Ensure compliance with UK building services regulations and industry standards.
• Utilize software such as DIALux for lighting design and Amtech for electrical calculations.
• Produce designs in AutoCAD 2D, with the opportunity to develop Revit skills.
• Attend client meetings and collaborate with contractors and design teams.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4 years’ UK-based electrical services design experience.
• Proficiency in DIALux and Amtech software.
• Strong understanding of UK building industry regulations and standards.
• HNC/HND or Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering (Degree preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Full UK driver’s licence and own vehicle (travel to project sites required).
