Job summary

A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer for a contract role in London. The position lasts at least 6 months, with potential for permanence. The ideal candidate has over 5 years' experience in the Building Services sector, holds a relevant degree, and is skilled in industry software such as Revit and AutoCAD. You will manage projects from feasibility to completion, supporting a robust project pipeline.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years' working within the Building Services industry.
• To be degree qualified either with a Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree.
• To be proficient in the use of relevant industry software's, e.g. Revit, AutoCAD etc.
• To have experience carrying out surveys, feasibility studies, troubleshoots etc.

Responsibilities

• Play a vital role in all stages of projects from feasibility to completion.
• Assist in the current heavy project pipeline for a minimum of 6 months.

Location : London

Length : 6 months (Option to go permanent after 6 months)

Type : Outside IR35

Project sectors : Residential and Commercial

A client of mine is looking for an intermediate mechanical design engineer on a contract basis.

THE ROLE

As an Intermediate Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in all stages of this consultancies projects from feasibility to completion across varying sectors.

The contract currently has no end date and is expected to be a minimum of 6 months' work to assist in the current heavy project pipeline.
