We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Intermediate Building Services Engineer to join our growing team. You will support the mechanical and electrical design function across multiple projects, producing high-quality drawings, schematics and engineering calculations while helping to guide and support junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and check mechanical/electrical designs, schematics and calculations in AutoCAD/Revit.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support project leaders with design reviews, technical queries and client liaison.
• Contribute to business development through maintaining strong industry relationships.
• Manage small projects and assist with mentoring trainees.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK design standards, engineering principles and best practice.

About You

• 2–4+ years’ experience in building services design (mechanical or electrical).
• Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit and UK design standards.
• Excellent communication, organisation and time-management skills.
• Professional, proactive, team-focused attitude.
• Ability to travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications (Desirable)

• Degree or HNC in Building Services or Engineering.
• LCIBSE, IEng, EngTech or other relevant accreditation.
