We’re working with an award-winning Manhattan practice recognized for sustainable, socially responsible architecture across the NY metropolitan area. The firm’s diverse portfolio spans mixed-use, multi-family residential, education, institutional and cultural projects — all delivered through a collaborative, design-led environment.

This role would suit an Intermediate Architect with 3–7 years of experience, confident in the rehabilitation of existing buildings and expert in REVIT/BIM workflows.

The Role
  • Collaborate on large-scale renovation and campus infrastructure projects
  • Support mixed-use, residential, and institutional schemes from feasibility through construction
  • Produce detailed technical and design documentation across all project stages
  • Coordinate design work with Project Managers, Architects, and consultants
  • Participate in site visits, construction administration, and client coordination
Key Requirements
  • 3–7 years’ professional experience within an architectural practice
  • Strong REVIT/BIM skills with understanding of LOD classifications and standards
  • Proven construction documentation and delivery experience
  • Background in renovation, rehabilitation, or adaptive reuse projects
  • Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and experience with multi-family housing advantageous
  • Degree in Architecture; Adobe Suite proficiency required
  • LEED / Passive House experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
