Job summary

The Crowd are growing and seeking an Interior Design Recruitment Specialist to place interior designers within architecture and interior design spaces. No recruitment experience is required—if you enjoy talking to people, have interior design knowledge, and want to learn, we’ll teach the rest!

This people-focused role centers on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates. You’ll work with leading design studios, recruit across levels, and support people through the recruitment

Qualifications

• Passion for the interior design/architecture industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Confident, friendly, and articulate in approach.
• Service-driven, collaborative, and relationship-focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop candidate pool and industry presence; build relationships with studios and clients.
• Source and interview candidates, screen CVs and present to clients.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
• Maintain an active LinkedIn presence and engage with the design community.
• Log information in CRM and take clear job briefs; write compelling adverts.
• Provide CV, interview and career guidance to candidates.
• Attend client meetings and industry events as needed.
