Job summary

Sanderson Design Group is seeking a Social Media Assistant to work with the Social Media Lead from London, in a hybrid setup. You will manage social channels across multiple brands, including scheduling, publishing, community engagement and coordinating content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube.

You’ll develop and maintain social calendars, support with creator outreach, monitor trends and provide data-informed insights to inform campaigns.

Qualifications

• Interest in social media and how people use platforms today.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across brands.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and publishing content across multiple platforms.
• Maintain up-to-date social media calendars for several brands.
• Support day-to-day coordination of social activity and copy drafting.
• Manage comments, DMs and audience conversations, flagging issues.
• Source UGC, research creators, and coordinate permissions.
• Stay updated on trends, platform updates and competitor activity.
• Assist with monthly reporting and performance insights.
