• Plan and design interior decorative schemes in line with project specifications and client preferences.
• Select suitable materials, colours, finishes, and decorative techniques.
• Supervise and guide painting and decorating teams, ensuring work is completed to the required quality and safety standards.
• Inspect prepared surfaces and final finishes, providing technical direction or corrections where needed.
• Coordinate wallpapering, paintwork, and polishing schedules to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Liaise with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Maintain records of materials, finishes, and work progress for each project.
