Great service starts with great leadership: That’s why we’re looking for an Interim Store Manager (40 hours) in Manchester who brings talent and dedication to our team.
This is a 12-month maternity cover, offering a fantastic opportunity to lead one of our key stores, make a real impact, and grow your skills in a supportive, fun environment.

What our Store Managers do:

  • Lead with energy and purpose – Drive sales, motivate your team, and create a positive in-store atmosphere.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train – Build a skilled, confident team with strong optical knowledge and great customer care.
  • Drive performance – Track KPIs and support the team in reaching sales and satisfaction goals, working closely with HQ as one unified team.
  • Manage daily operations – Handle scheduling, inventory, and ensure efficient workflows.
  • Deliver standout service – Guide customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
  • Apply your optical skills – Help customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carry out precise adjustments and lens cutting.

Good to know: No background in optics? That’s okay! What matters most is your ability to lead, motivate, and deliver top‑notch service.
