The successful candidate will own the technical direction of a complex platform, align architecture with business goals and lead an engineering team through cloud/SaaS/AI initiatives, with hybrid work and on-site collaboration in Oxfordshire.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading software engineering teams.
• Experience in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Hands-on coding capability with modern languages.
• Understanding of secure software development and cyber security.
• Ability to translate business goals into a practical software roadmap.
• Experience with cloud platforms and SaaS products.
