The Interim Social Media Automation Specialist is responsible for designing and implementing a lightweight social media automation solution that enables our team to scale activity quickly and efficiently. This temporary role requires a strong understanding of social media strategies and automation technologies.

The organisation is a reputable name in the healthcare industry, known for its commitment to providing quality services. As a small-sized company, they focus on delivering specialised healthcare solutions and have a dedicated marketing team to support their goals.

Description
  • Set up and configure a scalable social media automation process using AI-powered tools (e.g., GPT for Sheets, Notion AI, Airtable, or any equivalent best fit for our business).
  • Design and implement templates that generate content ideas, hooks, hashtags, and platform recommendations automatically.
  • Integrate scheduling and publishing automation via suitable third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, (url removed), or integrations with Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Document the process and train the marketing team, ensuring they can maintain and update it independently.
  • Deliver a fully functional content automation system that allows the team to input base ideas and output ready-to-post content at volume.
Profile
  • Have strong hands‑on experience with AI tool integration and automation (GPT for Sheets, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
  • Be comfortable working in Microsoft 365 and automating content workflows.
  • Understand social media platforms and content structure, but with a focus on automation and efficiency rather than brand or creative direction.
  • Be a self‑starter who can quickly understand the brief, prototype, test, and iterate.
  • Have a background in marketing technology, digital operations, or content automation, ideally in fast‑moving or high‑volume environments.
