Job Description
- Set up and configure a scalable social media automation process using AI-powered tools (e.g., GPT for Sheets, Notion AI, Airtable, or any equivalent best fit for our business).
- Design and implement templates that generate content ideas, hooks, hashtags, and platform recommendations automatically.
- Integrate scheduling and publishing automation via suitable third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, Make.com, or integrations with Buffer, Later, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Document the process and train the marketing team, ensuring they can maintain and update it independently.
- Deliver a fully functional content automation system that allows the team to input base ideas and output ready-to-post content at volume.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim Social Media Automation Specialist should have:
- Strong hands‑on experience with AI tool integration and automation (GPT for Sheets, Zapier, Notion, Airtable, etc.).
- Comfortable working in Microsoft 365 and automating content workflows.
- Understanding social media platforms and content structure, with focus on automation and efficiency rather than brand or creative direction.
- A self‑starter who can quickly understand the brief, prototype, test, and iterate.
- Background in marketing technology, digital operations, or content automation, ideally in fast‑moving or high‑volume environments.
