Job summary

myfm - Flexible Management Services is seeking an experienced interim FM Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of facilities, infrastructure and capital projects within a Programme Management Office. You will drive planning, procurement and delivery across multiple streams, coordinating internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to meet time, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior project management experience delivering facilities, infrastructure and capital projects.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a complex operational environment.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• PM qualification such as PRINCE2, APM, Agile or equivalent.
• Health & Safety qualification such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH Certificate.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycles, controls and governance.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
• Procurement strategy development and tender processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex facilities, infrastructure and capital projects from planning through handover.
• Establish robust project controls, including cost baselines and milestones.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, expenditure and variance actions.
• Develop business cases and assess benefits, costs and risks.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across FM, engineering, finance and procurement.
• Develop procurement strategies and manage tender processes.
• Drive governance, risk assessments, RAID logs and gateway reviews.
• Provide stakeholder reporting and communicate with senior decision-makers.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, CDM, and environmental requirements.
