A well-known bank in the UK is seeking a maternity cover for their Structured Debt legal team. The role involves providing transactional legal support for securitisation transactions and requires mid-level associate experience. This is a fantastic maternity cover in the Structured Debt legal team at well known bank in the UK. The team provides transactional legal support for securitisation transactions backed by all asset classes, including CLOs and synthetic risk transfer trades. Candidates with more of a derivatives background can be considered for a different role we are looking to fill in Feb 2026. Great candidates will have at least mid-level associate experience in one or more of these areas (but not necessarily all) and be able to work autonomously.

The role can start as soon as mid to late November. It will be for a minimum of six months, with the potential to extend. Whilst the role can be fully remote, the client would encourage consultants to come in once a week to build relationships with the desk.
