Job summary

A market-leading manufacturer in Birmingham is seeking an interim leader to drive growth and transform the commercial strategy. In this 3-6 month contract role, you'll have the autonomy to influence key decisions, collaborate with senior management, and shape the distributor sales channel. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience and a strong ability to achieve results in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary of £120,000 pro-rata plus bonus included.
