Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare).
• 4+ years’ experience in residential childcare (incl. 2+ years in management).
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted standards & care regs.
• Skilled in team leadership, service development & partnership working.
