About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Registered Manager to provide leadership and stability to a residential home supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional needs. This is a vital short-term assignment, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and staff support during a transitional period.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the residential service, ensuring safe, person‑centred care.
  • Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.
  • Support, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high‑quality practice.
  • Drive improvements in care delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Liaise with families, professionals, and external agencies to ensure positive outcomes for residents.
Requirements
  • Current or recent Registered Manager experience within learning disabilities/additional needs services.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and provide stability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service.
