A leading healthcare organization in Sheffield seeks a Quality Systems Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Qualifications

  • Experience in a quality role (ideally within a healthcare environment).
  • A working knowledge of ISO9001 and ISO13485.
  • A successful track record of effective administration.
  • An excellent understanding of MS Office, including Excel.
  • A strong communicator (both written and verbal).
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Maintaining the system and implementing improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with ISO13485 and ISO9001 standards.
  • Coordinating document creation and updates.
  • Ensuring documents are in line with new legislation, standards and guidance.
  • Managing ‘Change Control’ and ‘Risk Assessment’ registers.
  • Preparing key data for review.
  • Supporting internal stakeholders with quality-related questions and queries.
  • Providing support to quality teams across the business.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Systems Specialist to join our team on a fixed term contract. In this role, you’ll be supporting our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.
