Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to oversee a company-wide contract variation project affecting over 450 employees. The individual must have strong project management and HR experience, along with a solid understanding of UK employment law. This role requires someone who can operate quickly with minimal direction and effectively manage stakeholder communication. Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full end-to-end contract variation process.
• Manage all employment law and consultation requirements.
• Work autonomously and drive the project at pace.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on timelines and deliverables.
