Job summary

Insight Executive Group is seeking an Interim Procurement Manager for a West Midlands Local Authority to lead end-to-end procurement across Adult Social Care and related services. You will shape strategies, ensure compliant, value-for-money outcomes, and work with commissioning teams to manage high-value procurements, supplier engagement, and contract mobilisation.

The Role

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering procurement strategies that ensure compliant, value-driven and outcomes-focused services. Working closely with commissioning teams and stakeholders, you will manage end-to-end procurement processes and drive innovation across complex social care markets.
