Overview

Interim Procurement Lead - Operations and Production (Role: Procurement Lead - Operations and Production)

Client: FTSE 100 Oil and Gas organisation

Location: Hybrid and Surrey

Duration: 12 months

A number of exciting interim Procurement Lead opportunities for a world-leading Oil and Gas company, in support of major projects with spends in $10bns, for the rehabilitation and redevelopment of Oil and Gas production fields.

Operations and Production projects will cover Maintenance, Production, Operations Engineering & Construction, and MRO.

This role will act as Senior Business Partner, and a key conduit between Procurement, Legal, Finance, Health and Safety, and Production and Operation functions, driving compliant Procurement delivery and Contract Management.

You will shape the future of category strategy and act as a key interface with senior internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior procurement lead role in operations and production environments (as inferred from responsibilities).
• Experience partnering with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Health and Safety (HSE), and Production/Operation functions.
• Contract management and procurement delivery experience on large-scale projects (oil and gas context preferred).
• Ability to shape category strategy and interface with senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to operate in an urgent, fast-paced interim role.
