W Talent is supporting a successful organisation in the appointment of an Interim Procurement Enablement Specialist for an immediate start in Lutterworth. This hands-on role focuses on supplier data, spend administration, reporting and procurement systems within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong procurement or commercial administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.

• Hands-on role supporting procurement function, with vendor data, spend administration, reporting and procurement systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Able to manage competing priorities with a proactive, commercially minded approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to challenge stakeholders when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage vendor master data.
• Credit card spend administration and reporting.
• Support travel bookings and reporting.
• Savings tracking and procurement reporting.
• Docusign and procurement administration.
• Support the wider Sourcing and SRM teams.
