A leading consumer brand is seeking an Interim PRGM Manager to develop and deliver core Revenue Growth Management levers in the UK market. This role involves collaborating with teams across Sales, Category, Marketing, and Finance to provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Ideal candidates should be highly analytical and able to influence senior stakeholders confidently. This is a hybrid role based in Trowbridge, offering a competitive pro rata salary for a 3-month contract.

Qualifications

  • Strong RGM/PRGM, commercial strategy or pricing experience (FMCG preferred).
  • Highly analytical with excellent commercial judgement.

Interim PRGM Manager – London (Hybrid)
£65,000–£80,000 pro rata | 3-month contract | Immediate start

A leading consumer brand is seeking an Interim PRGM Manager to support the development and delivery of core Revenue Growth Management levers across the UK market. Working closely with Sales, Category, Marketing and Finance, you’ll bring analytical rigour, commercial acumen and the ability to turn complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.

This role is ideal for someone who can land quickly, add value from day one, and operate confidently with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver insight-led recommendations to optimise pricing, promotional effectiveness, and trade investment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align RGM initiatives with commercial priorities and customer strategies.

  • Translate complex data sources into clear, actionable insights that inform decision-making at senior level.

  • Support scenario planning and analysis across pricing and promotions, including modelling, elasticity, ROI and margin impacts.

  • Contribute to broader RGM projects including pack architecture, mix management and trade terms evaluation.

About You
