A leading technology firm in Hemel Hempstead seeks a People Operations Partner to provide operational support during a transition phase. The role involves acting as the subject matter expert for HR systems, managing employee relations cases, and ensuring compliance with payroll processes. Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced environment and strong analytical and communication skills. As an integral part of the People Team you’ll be responsible for providing hands‑on operational support through a period of significant change and growth. The primary focus for the interim role will be to act as the subject‑matter expert for our HR systems supporting the integration and ensuring smooth operations as we transition.
Please note: This role is a hybrid position in Hemel Hempstead. Office days on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and remote days on Wednesday and Fridays.
