A recruitment agency is seeking an Interim People Operations Manager for a leadership role focusing on Service Desk and Payroll teams in a people-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have proven HR service team leadership, excellent problem-solving abilities, and preferably be CIPD qualified. This position offers a salary of £80,000 - £85,000 per annum and allows remote work with occasional travel to Bristol.

Are you an experienced HR operational leader who thrives in a fast paced and people focused environment? We are looking for an Interim People Operations Manager to take ownership of two important teams, a seven person Service Desk function and a small dedicated Payroll team, ensuring exceptional service delivery across the board.
In this role you will be the driving force behind day to day operations. You will support your teams, resolve escalations, improve processes and make sure high quality service is consistently delivered. It is a hands on and practical role that suits someone who enjoys leading from the front.
This role can be remote but with occasional travel to the Head Office in the centre of Bristol.
