Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end weekly payroll processing for c4000 UK employees.
• Oversee a heavily manual payroll process with extensive use of Excel.
• Support knowledge transfer from the outgoing payroll lead.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance for accurate updates.
• Run Christmas payrolls and manage pay reviews.
• Work with legacy systems and maintain compliance.
