The role involves working with the Deputy COO to develop operating models, engaging teams in flow improvement projects, and leading communications strategies. Job description

Hourly Rate: £39.22
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months initially
Location: East of England

  • Working with the Deputy COO to develop a new operating model for patient flow
  • Engaging with teams across the hospitals, build on, refine and design flow improvement work programmes
  • Lead on the development of implementation plans, using quality service improvement and redesign principles
  • Operational oversight to embed new flow operating model
