We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to provide short-term support within their organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Marketing Manager, oversee a small team and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and performance outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who can quickly step in, lead a team and drive strong marketing performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
  • Support and oversee a team of marketing staff (Marketing Administrator and Marketing Coordinators).
  • Ensure tasks and campaigns are delivered to high standards and on schedule.
  • Promote strong collaboration across internal teams.
Campaign Management
  • Assist in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns aligned with operational targets.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer insights and lead quality.
  • Collect and analyse feedback to support continuous improvement.
Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI and conversion rates.
  • Provide clear insights and performance reports to support decision-making.
Budget & KPI Support
  • Assist in monitoring marketing spend and progress against KPIs.
  • Support efficient allocation of resources.
Skills & Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel campaign delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard tools (Excel, Power BI or similar).
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident copywriter across various formats and audiences.
  • Ability to motivate and supervise team members effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms and social media management tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital advertising strategies.
  • Ability to manage budgets and track costs.
  • Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
