We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to provide short-term support within their organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Marketing Manager, oversee a small team and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and performance outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who can quickly step in, lead a team and drive strong marketing performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Support and oversee a team of marketing staff (Marketing Administrator and Marketing Coordinators).
- Ensure tasks and campaigns are delivered to high standards and on schedule.
- Promote strong collaboration across internal teams.
Campaign Management
- Assist in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns aligned with operational targets.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer insights and lead quality.
- Collect and analyse feedback to support continuous improvement.
Data & Reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI and conversion rates.
- Provide clear insights and performance reports to support decision-making.
Budget & KPI Support
- Assist in monitoring marketing spend and progress against KPIs.
- Support efficient allocation of resources.
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel campaign delivery.
- Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard tools (Excel, Power BI or similar).
- Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident copywriter across various formats and audiences.
- Ability to motivate and supervise team members effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms and social media management tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital advertising strategies.
- Ability to manage budgets and track costs.
- Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns and lead generation.
- Previous experience managing a small team and coordinating cross-functional work.
- Strong background in data reporting and KPI analysis.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Experience in energy efficiency or sustainability sectors is beneficial (not essential).
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI.
