Job summary

A leading recruitment company in Central London is seeking a Management Accountant for a temp-to-perm opportunity. This role requires a qualified accountant with over 3 years of PQE and excellent commercial understanding. You will produce timely management accounts, lead financial reporting, and support budget creation. Candidates should have experience with NetSuite and a desire to progress into senior finance roles. The position offers a salary between £60,000 and £70,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, CAANZ, or SAICA.
• 3+ years of PQE in a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Produce management accounts for multiple divisions.
• Lead management information reporting.
• Support budget creation and forecasting.
• Identify new revenue opportunities.
• Build commercial models.
• Prepare department reports and presentation packs.
• Work with senior leaders on financial performance.
• Maintain controls across P&L and balance sheet.
• Improve accounting workflows and reporting structures.
• Assist with audit and governance activities.
