We’re seeking an experienced Interim Management Accountant / Finance Manager to support the finance function of a growing SME subsidiary of a larger group. This is a hands‑on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys driving financial performance while ensuring robust reporting and controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of management accounting, including month‑end close, reporting, and analysis.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision‑making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
  • Ensure compliance with group reporting requirements and financial policies.
  • Support and develop the small finance team, implementing process improvements where needed.
  • Partner with operational teams to enhance performance and profitability.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with strong management accounting experience.
  • Proven track record in SME or subsidiary environments, ideally within a larger group structure.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to engage both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
  • Available at short notice and ready to make an immediate impact.
