Job Description

The Litigation Data Protection Lawyer will be:

  • Managing appeals from regulatory decisions
  • Handling judicial review proceedings
  • Preparing pleadings, skeleton arguments and legal submissions
  • Providing sound litigation strategy and risk assessment
  • Advising internal teams on procedural and substantive issues
  • Representing the organisation before relevant tribunals/courts
The Successful Applicant

The Litigation Data Protection Lawyer should be:

  • A qualified solicitor, barrister or CILEX professional
  • Experienced in litigation, appeals and/or judicial reviews
  • Comfortable with data protection or regulatory litigation matters
  • Excellent in legal drafting and oral advocacy
  • Able to work autonomously with strong judgement
