A healthcare manufacturing business is seeking an Interim Legal Counsel for a 6-month fixed-term contract starting in January. This part-time role requires providing legal support across the company, including handling NDAs, supplier agreements, and patent matters. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in legal counsel, particularly within regulated environments. The position is based outskirts of London, and candidates should be able to attend the office at least once a week.

Legal Counsel required to join a healthcare manufacturing and distribution business on a Fixed Term basis for 3 days a week to start in January.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and provide legal support across the business and its subsidiaries.
There is an opportunity to get involved in some business projects which will include company-wide training, improving processes and improving existing templates and precedents.
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel and is open to considering candidates who are qualified or qualified by experience in-house. Candidates who have experience with medical device distribution would be highly advantageous however, candidates with experience in manufacturing/ distribution within a regulated environment would also be considered.
This role would start in January, and candidates must be able to attend the office at least once a week, 2 being preferred.
