Job summary

Qualifications

• Record of managing quality processes in a further education setting.
• Contribute to outcomes in retention, achievement and progression.
• Understanding of funding methodologies and qualifications frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills using management information to improve quality.
• Experience with Additional Learning or SEND in a college environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ALS provision meets statutory deadlines and obligations.
• Oversee annual cycle and Local Authority consultations.
• Deliver and document learning support including external agencies.
• Coordinate timetabling, staffing and facilities with curriculum teams.
• Track learner progress and implement timely interventions.
• Deliver high-quality Annual Reviews.
