A leading consultancy firm seeks an Interim Learning and Development Lead to transform the training strategies for Clinical Operations Teams. INTERIM Learning and Development Lead - £800 p/d

Rate: £800 p/d (Inside IR35)

Duration: 12 months

Location: London or Stevenage (2-3 days p/w in Office)

The Opportunity

In this senior L&D role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of strategic programs that transform the way Clinical Operations Teams are trained and learn. As strategic lead, you will bring the Team together, agree objectives, agree strategies, and create new ways of training - owning the entire learning journey.

Requirements

• Strong Learning and Development experience, with the ability to lead large-scale learning and capability initiatives, driving forward projects.
• Confident liaising with senior stakeholders, up to VP and Director level.
• Strong Pharmaceuticals experience, with specific exposure to R&D and an understanding of Clinical Trial processes.
• Project management / transformation experience.
