• Supportfrontlineteamsthroughvisible,hands-oncoachingtoembedsafeworkingpracticesandbuildconfidenceinmanagingday-to-dayrisks.
• Facilitatetheengagementandempowermentofoperationalteams,encouragingownershipofsafetyandenablinglocallydrivenimprovements.
• Buildtrustandinfluencebehavioursbydevelopingstrongrelationshipswithemployeesandlinemanagers,helpingtoshapeapositivesafetyculture.
• Assistintheinvestigationofincidents,focusingonlearningandrootcauseanalysistodrivemeaningful,preventativeaction.
• Provideoperationalteamswithinsightthroughtheuseofsafetydataandtrends,enablinginformed,risk-baseddecision-making.
• Applyhealthandsafetypolicies,standards,andproceduresinawaythatalignswiththerealitiesofoperations,ensuringtheyaddvaluewhilemaintainingcompliance.
