Working closely with our HR leadership and wider HR Team, you’ll take the lead on specific projects such as reviewing, updating, and aligning our policies and procedures with legislation affected by the up‑coming Employment Rights Bill changes and related developments in employment law.

You’ll also support a range of ad‑hoc HR projects, helping us ensure our practices remain compliant, consistent, and centred around our people and the high‑quality care we provide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation of changes arising from the Employment Rights Bill by reviewing, updating and streamlining relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to managers and teams on updated HR processes and compliance requirements.
  • Support additional HR projects as needed, such as policy audits, employee engagement, people development and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and external advisors to ensure best practice across the organisation.

  • A proactive, practical, and people‑centred approach — someone who enjoys making a genuine difference.
What We Offer

  • The chance to lead meaningful HR projects that directly support our teams and the people we care for.
  • A supportive, values‑led culture where your expertise will be valued and your work will have real impact.
