A local authority in Essex is seeking an experienced HR Project Lead for at least 6 months. The role involves leading the rollout of a Performance Management Policy, supporting HR contract management, and handling various HR projects including Employee benefits. Applicants should have experience with Performance Management Frameworks and Power BI. This hybrid position requires on-site work for 2-3 days a week, with flexibility for remote work.

– That you have rolled out a new Performance Management Framework in a project management capacity
– That you have a strong background in managing various small HR projects
– That you have experience with Power BI
Ideally you will have public sector experience.
This is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home
