3 month interim assignment to support a business integration and harmonisation post acquisition.
An interim consultant, operating as HR Generalist, is required to join a business for approximately 3 months to support with the integration and harmonisation post acquisition.
This role will be involved in aligning the HR policies and processes post TUPE transfer, supporting the HR Manager with the merging of 2 organisations into one.
The Employee Handbook, all HR policies and procedures, Employee Intranet will all need reviewing and ‘joining together’.
This role can be done on a hybrid basis, with occasional travel required to their offices in Swindon.
