Job description

Temporary HR Advisor – Multi-Site Role

Hourly Rate:£21–£23 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Predominantly Monday to Friday (site visits will affect scheduling)
Contract Duration:Approx. 4 weeks
Location:Multiple sites across the UK (travel required)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a reputable organisation on a short-term interim basis. This pivotal role supports the roll-out of new HR & rota systems, requiring hands-on engagement across 13 site locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan & travel across 13 sites to engage with staff and gather updated personal information
  • Validate, update and maintain accurate employee records within the new HR system
  • Provide HR advice and support to employees and line managers throughout the transition
  • Ensure data compliance and completion of key HR documentation
  • Deliver system training to managers, covering absence tracking, holiday requests, and updating employee skill profiles
  • Maintain strict adherence to GDPR and data protection regulations

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar advisory capacity
  • Confident in the use of HRIS and familiarity with their architecture and configuration
  • Willingness and ability to travel across multiple sites
  • Demonstrated involvement in HR system implementation or upgrades
