Zachary Daniels is looking for an Interim Head of Operations to drive performance across a multi-site retail business during a key growth and transformation phase. This is a hands‑on role for an experienced leader who can deliver immediate impact.

As Interim Head of Operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational continuity, enhancing performance, and supporting senior leadership in delivering key business priorities. You will bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and the ability to deliver fast, effective solutions across a broad multi-site estate.

You will be a leader who is comfortable driving sales as well as being involved with the details of stores and locations to maximise sales and profitability.
